The Coach
Mike Birner
Michael Birner is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder where, in addition to his academic degree, he extensively studied the sports of cycling and skiing. His involvement with CU and its national championship cycling team along with other team programs before and after have exposed him to various methods of training and coaching.
“Over my many years of involvement with cycling I have been privileged enough to learn from some of the very best in the sport. It has allowed me to see and try many different training methods and philosophies and from these I have developed the training techniques to help cyclists reach their full potential.”
“As a Masters level cyclist with a full time job and a family I understand the time crunch that we all face when trying to fit cycling into our normal lives. For that reason, my training emphasizes quality over quantity so that we have more time for the even more important things in our life.”

Associate Coach
Jeremy Siedor
I'm Jeremy Siedor, a lifelong cyclist, racer, mechanic and student of the mind. I've competed at a high level in both road and cyclocross, and I'm passionate about helping athletes reach their potential — on and off the bike.
With an Associate Degree in STEM and a background in Psychology from UMBC, I bring a unique perspective to coaching. I understand the science behind performance and the mental game that drives it. I'm here to help you build not just stronger legs, but a stronger mind — and a healthier relationship with both.
I've spent 10 years racing, including winning road and cyclocross races for Kelly Benefit Strategies and competing collegiately in track and road races for Belmont Abbey College. I also bring 8 years of hands-on mechanic experience, including 2 years as a race mechanic, so I understand the details that keep you rolling.
I know racing strategy from competing at a high level nationally and from time spent racing in Belgium. I'm excited to share my experience, knowledge and passion to help you train, race and grow.
